Quality Framework for the Arts and Homelessness Sector
A free, co-created guide for better, fairer and more creative arts and homelessness projects. We also offer training on the Quality Framework
How do we know whether an arts and homelessness project is working well – and how can we keep learning and improving?
The Arts and Homelessness Quality Framework is a practical guide for people designing, delivering, supporting or commissioning creative projects with people who are, or have been, homeless. It brings together shared values, suggestions, good practice and case studies, alongside a project checklist and evaluation tools that you can use in your own context.
The Framework helps teams move from good intentions to thoughtful, ethical and sustainable practice. It is not a set of rules or a pass/fail assessment. It is a living document: take what is useful, adapt it with your community and use it to begin honest conversations about what is working and what could be stronger.
