Theatre of the Oppressed – Brazil

Theatre of the Oppressed was founded in Brazil and is now a worldwide movement. Their aim is to unite people through theatre and promote self-expression and empowerment through performance. Theatre of the Oppressed also aims to better people’s understanding of the issues surrounding homelessness and open up the discussion in a positive way through performance art.
