Programa Urbano

Founded in 2010, Urbano promotes people’s development through artistic and cultural workshops. Urbano is part of Uruguay’s
National Directorate of Culture of the Ministry of Education and Culture, and acts as a cultural space open to the community at large, completely free of charge, in order to build relationships and awareness between people living in homes and people living in
conditions of homelessness.
