Ilisa Stack

Scottish born Ilisa Stack primarily uses social documentary and environmental portraiture in her practice as a means of visual story telling. Her projects typically explore themes of youth culture, community and social change. Ilisa is a receiver of the Art Foundation Medallion of Excellence, for outstanding achievements in the Creative Industries. She was also chosen as recipient of the Colleges Scotland Inspirational Student Award and obtained a finalist position in the British Journal of Photography’s Portrait of Britain as well as being shortlisted in the Scottish Portrait Awards. Ilisa’s work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally.
