We run two main programmes for creatives who are or have been homeless – a year-long Associates Leadership Programme and bespoke professional development training and 1-2-1 advice

We support individual artists, facilitators and leaders through opportunities for professional development. The two programmes are described below (please follow the links)

Associates Leadership Programme – the only cultural leadership programme for artists and leaders with lived experience. A year-long, part-time programme where individuals receive payment, creative and travel budgets, training, mentoring, coaching, counselling, a professional placement and final showcase.

Professional Development for Creatives – year-round workshops, learning, development opportunities and 1-2-1 advice.
