AMP (The Artist Mentorship Program)

The Artist Mentorship Program (AMP) is a Portland-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth experiencing homelessness through music, education, and mentorship. For over 30 years, AMP has been a lifeline for marginalized and isolated young people, offering a safe, inclusive space where they can build confidence, foster community, and heal from trauma. Alongside music and arts education, AMP provides essential support services, including nutritious meals, health and safety supplies, resource navigation, and workforce training, ensuring that every participant has the tools they need to move through and out of homelessness.
