Arts Activities Programme – YWCA Metro Vancouver

Women living at YWCA Crabtree Housing participate in a weekly arts and crafts night. YWCA Munroe House offers a program called Children Who Witness Abuse, which uses art therapy, group and individual counselling sessions, positive play, music and community involvement to help children develop coping skills to manage, process and recover from their abusive experiences. We are also hoping to offer arts programs at a new housing community, YWCA Cause We Care House, which is scheduled to open in fall 2016
